Countries Served, Duties, and Customs Fees

The Seller ships to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, the United Arab Emirates, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Oman, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, the United Kingdom, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, the United States of America, Sweden, Switzerland, and Hungary.

For shipments outside the EU, any duties, import taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the Customer and may be requested by customs authorities or the carrier at the time of import.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 3 business days. Estimated delivery times are as follows: Italy: 3–5 days; European Union: 3–5 days; and non-EU countries: United Kingdom: 5–8 days; Switzerland: 5–8 days; United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar: 15 days; United States of America, Canada: 5–8 days. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will in any case take place within the timeframe provided for by applicable law and, for EU consumers, no later than thirty days from the conclusion of the contract.

The Customer must provide a complete and accessible address and inspect the package upon delivery. Delays caused by the carrier, customs inspections, or events beyond the Seller’s reasonable control will be communicated as soon as they are known and handled in accordance with the consumer’s mandatory rights.

Transfer of Risk

For the consumer, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes when the Customer—or a third party designated by the Customer other than the carrier—takes physical possession of the products, except as provided by law.
