When will I receive the items I purchased?

Depending on your ZIP code, your purchases will be delivered within 3–5 business days after your order is shipped (excluding weekends and holidays). We strive to meet the estimated delivery times, but during peak periods, these times may vary slightly.

Order Cancellation, Return Policy, and Refunds

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once it has been shipped, you can return it within 15 days of purchase. A full refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item, provided it is in its original condition. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
