Countries Served, Duties and Customs Charges

The Seller delivers to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, United Arab Emirates, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Oman, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, United Kingdom, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, United States of America, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary.

For deliveries outside the EU, any duties, import taxes and customs charges shall be borne by the Customer and may be requested by the customs authorities or the carrier at the time of importation.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally prepared within 3 business days. The estimated delivery times are: Italy: 3-5 days, European Union: 3-5 days and non-EU countries: United Kingdom: 5-8 days; Switzerland: 5-8 days; United Arab Emirates-Kuwait-Oman-Qatar: 15 days; United States of America-Canada: 5-8 days. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will in any event take place within the period provided by applicable law and, for EU consumers, no later than thirty days from the conclusion of the contract.

The Customer must provide a complete and accessible address and check the package upon delivery. Delays caused by the carrier, customs checks or events beyond the Seller’s reasonable control will be communicated when known and handled in accordance with the consumer’s mandatory rights.

Transfer of Risk

For consumers, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes when the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer other than the carrier, physically takes possession of the products, without prejudice to the cases provided for by law.
